A Gift for a friend

I bought this watch as a gift for a friend of mine. Of course she isn't a child though it's a childs watch. She is however small framed and the adult watches are just too big for her. She is a die-hard Colts fan and could never find one that didn't look like she herself was a child wearing her parent's watch. This fit great! The face looks dainty not childlike. The band is velcro so when she's working (she's a chef) she doesn't have to worry about a rubber or metal band getting distroyed. You can pop off the band and wash it good as new! The delievery came just as expected with no delays. That's saying something since I ordered it for a Christmas present and ordered it only a week prior. Great Little Watch

Pros:

- Great size for a child (my nephews are 7 and 8 and it will fit them for another few years easy).

- The color is vivid and sharp looking with the nice polished stainless bezel.

- Hands have Hour and Minute written on them for easy teaching on how to tell time.



Cons:

- Face scratches easily although my nephews wear them everywhere and of course the roll around and play tackle football so you would expect.

- One of the pins that hold the face to the strap came off and we could not find. Still trying to repair it and without it is not wearable.



This product could be a little better quality considering it is being worn by a child who will mostly be running around and playing with it on. Would be helpful to include a few back-up pins for the price geez.More detail ...
